About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Terah Organics ("we" or "us"). They cover this website and the email updates you can sign up for. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Everything on this site, including articles, ingredient pages, and study summaries, is general information and education. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't replace advice from a doctor, dermatologist, or other qualified professional.

Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are thinking of giving a supplement to a child. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a supplement.

Research on this site

When we summarize published research, we describe what each study tested. Those studies tested individual ingredients, not a finished Terah Organics product, and their results can't be assumed for any product. Links to journals and other websites are for reference; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Products in development

Our products are in development and aren't for sale yet. Names, formulas, ingredients, packaging, and other details may change before launch. Images marked as concepts are illustrations, not photographs of a finished product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

Before we start selling, we'll add terms for orders, payment, shipping, returns, and any subscriptions, and they'll apply to purchases from then on.

Email updates

If you sign up, you agree that we may email you about product development, research, and launches. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by emailing hello@terahorganics.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using the site

You're welcome to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
• Try to disrupt or overload the site, or get into its systems without permission.
• Sign up someone else's email address without their permission, or sign up with automated tools.
• Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our content and trademarks

The site's text, design, graphics, images, and logos belong to Terah Organics or the people who license them to us, and are protected by law. "Terah Organics," "Iasis," and our logos are our trademarks. You're welcome to link to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit; other uses need our written permission.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Terah Organics won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If you break these terms

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees. We may also suspend your email updates or block access to the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and it applies from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
