Privacy Policy
What Terah Organics collects when you visit this site or sign up for email updates, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

It describes how this site works today. It hasn’t had a legal review yet and may change before it’s final.

Who we are
Terah Organics ("we" or "us") runs terahorganics.com. We're a wellness company in the United States, developing science-informed products around the gut-skin connection.
What we collect
When you sign up for email updates, we collect the email address you enter, which form you used (for example, the homepage or a product page), and when you signed up.
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and when. We may see limited request logs when we fix problems.
We don't ask for health information, and we'd rather not receive it. Please don't email us details about your health or medical conditions.
We don't take orders, offer customer accounts, or collect payment details yet. We'll update this policy before any of that changes.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or social media pixels. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that help protect the site from abuse and bots. If we ever add analytics, we'll say so here first.
Our headline typeface is served by Adobe Fonts. To deliver it, Adobe's servers receive your IP address and the address of the page you're viewing, and count page views for font licensing. Adobe Fonts doesn't set cookies.
How we use information
- To send the updates you asked for: news on product development, ingredient research, and when products become available.
- To reply to your messages.
- To run, secure, and fix the website, including keeping out spam sign-ups.
- To meet legal obligations, and to protect our rights and other people's safety.
We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the site for us. Today that's Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores email sign-ups, and Adobe Fonts, which serves our headline typeface. When we add a service to send our emails, we'll name it here.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or when it's needed to protect our rights, our visitors, or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized. They would have to honor this policy for information collected under it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep messages you send for as long as we need them to help you and to keep reasonable business records. Cloudflare keeps technical logs briefly, under its own retention practices.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email we send will include a link to unsubscribe. You can also email us to be removed.
- Access, correct, or delete: email hello@terahorganics.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it.
- No penalty: we won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights. We'll take reasonable steps to confirm a request comes from you, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. Someone you authorize can also make a request for you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited access to sign-up data. No website is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We're based in the United States and the site is meant for US visitors. Cloudflare runs a global network, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll also tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
